Find the answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
Most people experience the best results at around 5 °C, but our baths can be set as low as 0 °C. Generation 5 goes up to 8 °C, while Generation 4S and Nordic Tub reach a full 40 °C on the warm side. If you’re just starting out, begin at a higher temperature—around 8 °C—with short sessions. Then work your way down to 2 to 4 minutes at 4 or 5 °C. Try this three or four times a week and let us know how it goes.
Yes. All our products can be controlled through our app: set the temperature, use the timer functions, and have full control from your phone.
No, it doesn't. Use the timer in the app, or an external timer that we can include with your order, and let the system rest overnight. Set it to start in the morning, and the water will be properly cold again within an hour at most.
Not at all. All our ice baths come ready to use. Just fill them with water, plug them into a standard outlet, and set the temperature you want. Done.
