Our Unique Story

In Sweden, we’ve been going to the sauna and taking cold baths for generations. My grandfather often tells me how he used to go to the sauna and swim in the ocean in the winter, and how he’d come out feeling like a better, happier version of himself.

I took my first cold bath in 2012 when I was 12 years old, and in 2020 I wanted my own cold bath at home. But unfortunately, there weren’t any tubs that stayed cold all year round, looked good, and could run on their own, so I converted an old freezer into a cold bath—but it was a hassle and caused problems, so we decided to create our own cold bath brand. The rest is history.

We created Swedish Cold because we believe that a cold plunge and a sauna on your property or at a sports facility are a good investment in your health, and that we can help people feel good.
