How do I choose the right cold plunge or sauna?

Consider where the product will be installed, how many people will use it and whether it is for home or commercial use. Our quiz helps you get started; personal advice is available to discuss your options.

What needs to be ready for installation?

Plan the delivery route, a level load-bearing base and a suitable power supply. Cold plunges also need suitable ventilation and drainage. Always check the requirements for your model and selected options.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the product and delivery address and is shown at checkout or confirmed in your quote. Carry-in assistance, crane lifting or special placement must be confirmed before ordering.

When can I receive my product?

Lead time depends on the model, configuration and destination. Contact us for current availability and a confirmed estimate before ordering, especially if you need the product by a particular date.
