Prepare a level, stable foundation that can support the sauna, the heater, the stones, and the occupants.
Check access for delivery and any lifting equipment. Factory-assembled options arrive as a single unit.
Have a qualified electrician verify the power supply and installation requirements for the heater you have selected. This is not a standard plug-in product.

Swedish Cold's electrical connection option includes a standard connection to a properly prepared power supply. Additional cabling, excavation, or upgrades are quoted separately. Please confirm the scope of work for your address.

Sanctuary Solo is designed for one person. It’s a daily ritual rather than a shared experience—a fixed part of your daily routine where you can unwind without having to schedule a time or share the space. Compact enough to fit in your bedroom, bathroom, or a corner of your home gym, yet spacious enough to feel like a real sauna.

For businesses such as personal training studios, treatment rooms, and smaller wellness spaces, Sanctuary Solo works just as well as a personalized offering for your clients, without requiring a lot of floor space.

Heat that goes straight in

Sanctuary Solo is heated by Full Spectrum infrared heat, which warms the body directly rather than the air in the room—a deep, soothing heat bath even at temperatures lower than those of a traditional sauna. The black Canadian hemlock creates a sleek, architectural look in less than one square meter of floor space, looking just as stylish in the bedroom as in a dedicated wellness room.

With Wi-Fi control, you can turn on the heat in advance so the sauna is ready when you are. RGB lighting and a reading lamp let you set the mood, from an energizing morning session to a relaxing evening wind-down. Connect your phone to the built-in Bluetooth speaker and make every session your own.

Step 4 – AFTER THE PURCHASE

We're here for you even after delivery, offering full service, replacement parts, support, and a 1-year warranty as standard. This warranty can be extended up to 5 years.

Do you have a showroom in my country?

We have showrooms in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy, and Germany, and we ship throughout Europe. Contact us to schedule a viewing, either in person or online.

How quickly does the sauna heat up?

A traditional sauna typically reaches 80–90 °C in about 30–45 minutes, depending on the heater, size, and outdoor temperature. Our infrared saunas are ready to use in just 10–15 minutes.

Is there an app available that lets you control it?

Yes. All of our products can be controlled via our app—set the temperature, use the timer functions, and have full control right from your phone.

Do you offer leasing or rental options?

Yes. We offer both financing/leasing with a fixed monthly payment and rental plans for commercial customers. Contact our sales team, and we’ll find the right solution for you or your business.

How long is the warranty?

A 1-year warranty is included as standard, with the option to extend it up to 5 years. Contact your sales representative for more information.
