Shipping charges

We use DHL, PostNord, Budbee, and Instabox as our shipping partners.

We use the contact information you provided at the time of purchase to send notifications about your order. Swedish Cold is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information. Please check your information carefully.

Swedish Cold accepts no liability for delivery delays.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. on weekdays are normally shipped from our warehouse the same day. Delivery takes 1–5 business days for products in stock. However, during sales and on public holidays, delivery may take longer.

If a product is out of stock, it may be shipped from our international warehouse, which can take 3–12 weeks. Limited Edition items are sold on a "first come, first served" basis and will not be restocked. If the product is sold out, the amount will be refunded.
