**Terms & Information**
For the sake of clarity, we will refer to the customer as “you,” Swedish Cold and Recovery AB as “we,” and www.SwedishCold.se as “the website” in the following text.
These terms are written for your protection as a customer, and we ask that you carefully read through them before making a purchase. Completed purchases on the website are linked to these terms.
Swedish Cold is not liable for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish law "Distance and Off-Premises Contracts" (2005:59).

**Prices**
All prices on the website are displayed in local currencies, such as SEK or USD..
Any import duties and taxes may apply, which are charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. It should be noted that Swedish Cold has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of these costs.
Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We have no minimum order value or product quantity requirement when ordering. This allows you, as a consumer, to freely choose from our range. We reserve the right to change and correct prices, adjust stock levels, and correct any obvious typographical errors that may occur on the website. We believe and hope that this is something you, as a consumer, understand.

**Payment**
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Are you under 18 years old? Then an adult's approval is required before the order can be completed.
For special orders or agreements on direct invoicing from Swedish Cold, where payment is not received before the due date, late payment interest is charged at the reference rate +9.00%, along with a reminder fee.

**Delivery and Shipping**

For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. Swedish Cold cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided during the purchase. Please review your contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly.
Swedish Cold is not responsible for any delays in your delivery.

**Delivery Time**
Orders received before 12:00 on weekdays are intended to be shipped from our warehouse the same day they are received. Delivery times vary between 1-3 business days for Items that we have in stock. with the possibility of delays during campaigns and holidays. Also, if low or out stock, a product may be shipped with international shipping, which generelly takes longer, with anything from 3-12 weeks.
Since we use some Limited Edition products, we want to make our customers aware that the "first come, first served" principle applies. Limited Edition means that the item will not be restocked in our range but is produced in a limited edition. If sold out, the item will be canceled from your order, and a refund will be issued.

**Exchanges and Returns**

**Return Policy**
When purchasing from our website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies under consumer protection legislation. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us at Swedish Cold within 14 days from the day you or your representative received the ordered item (withdrawal period). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-designed products with a clear personal touch.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. For the return to be approved, you need to fill out the return form included in the original packaging completely.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost. 
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs that remain and are not refundable. Also, an administation fee, usually around 39 usd or 399 kr might be charged for processing of returns. Individual terms and changes might apply. 
Returned products must be returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, any Velcro attachments, tags, and protective plastics are found on the product in the same condition as upon delivery. The return must be sent back well-packaged and in the same way as they were delivered to be approved.
For damaged returns, as mentioned above - lost labels, damaged Velcro straps, dirt, hair, or removed protective plastic, Swedish Cold has the right to charge a depreciation fee according to the damage to the item. Up to 100% of the item's value if it is deemed unsellable. Money is refunded for the item minus the value reduction according to the law.
The refund will be made to the same payment method as the purchase was made with once we have received and inspected the condition of the item. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is therefore never refunded.

**Exchanges**
We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange a product, please make a return of the product(s) according to the right of withdrawal and then place a new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s).
If your exchange order is below 499 SEK or NOK, contact our customer service to receive your personal code for free shipping.
You are more than welcome to contact our customer service at contact@swedishcold.se if you have any questions or concerns. They are happy to help resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that you get free shipping on the new order.

**Complaints**
You, as a customer, have the right to file a complaint about a product within two months. The defect should be reported as soon as it is discovered. Filing a complaint within two months is considered a reasonable timeframe. You must be able to prove that the item was purchased from Swedish Cold, and in that case, please contact our customer service. In the event of an approved complaint, Swedish Cold will cover all costs, including shipping.
Swedish Cold reserves the right to deny a complaint if we believe the product is not defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, Swedish Cold follows the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). More information can be found at www.konsumentverket.se.
If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and Swedish Cold and we cannot resolve the dispute, you can file a complaint with the EU's online dispute resolution service (ODR). More information can be found at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

**Unclaimed Packages**
We charge a fee for any packages not collected from the delivery point and returned to us. We charge the customer up to 350 usd to cover costs for shipping, packing, and administration.
It is the consumer's responsibility to pay customs duties and taxes. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these fees have been approved.
Delays or refusal to pay these fees will result in your order being destroyed/returned to sender, and you will not be refunded. By placing an order with Swedish Cold, you agree to these terms.

**Purchases via Resellers**
If you purchased your Swedish Cold product through a reseller, you need to contact the reseller/store for questions regarding exchanges or complaints.

**Used Products**
If you purchased your Swedish Cold product from a private individual, unfortunately, we cannot assist you with any exchanges/complaints.

**Other Information**
Swedish Cold takes no responsibility for any accidents that occur when using our products.
Please note that the product images on the website may include additional equipment. The product description always describes the current product. Note that the product color on the website may differ from the actual color.

**Campaigns**
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the campaign period.

**Force Majeure**
Swedish Cold is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances, including war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor conflicts, changes in government regulations, failure to deliver from suppliers, or comparable situations beyond control that could not have been foreseen and that affect already signed contracts and agreements.
