How It All Began

"I took my first cold bath in 2012 when I was 12 years old, and in my family we've been using saunas and taking cold baths since the early 1900s—not because it was a trend back then, but because it was something you 'just did,' perhaps because even back then it was considered a good thing and you could feel especially good afterward."

- One fine day in 2020, as a "fitness nerd," I wanted a cold plunge pool at home, but there wasn't anything that kept the water cold year-round, had a design I liked, or even came close to the quality I was dreaming of. - So we decided to develop our own."
