For the sake of clarity, we refer to the customer as "you", Swedish Cold and Recovery AB as "we", and www.SwedishCold.com as the "website" in the following text.
These terms and conditions are written to protect you as a customer, and we ask you to read them carefully before making a purchase. Completed purchases on the website are subject to these terms and conditions.
Swedish Cold is not responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005:59).
Prices
We have no minimum order requirement or number of products per order. This gives you, the consumer, the freedom to choose from our range. We reserve the right to change prices, adjust stock levels and correct obvious printing errors on the website. We hope and believe that this is something you as a customer understand.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Are you under 18? Then parental consent is required before the purchase can be finalized.
In the case of special orders or invoicing from Swedish Cold, where payment is not made before the due date, penalty interest will be charged at the reference rate +9.00% and a reminder fee.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping charges
We use DHL, PostNord, Budbee and Instabox as shipping partners.
We use the contact details you provided at the time of purchase to send notifications about your order. Swedish Cold is not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect contact details. Therefore, please check your details carefully.
Swedish Cold takes no responsibility for delivery delays.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse. Delivery time is 1-5 working days for products in stock. However, during promotions and holidays, delivery time may be extended.
If a product is out of stock, it can be shipped from our international warehouse, which can take 3-12 weeks. Limited Edition products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be restocked. If the product is sold out, the amount will be refunded.
We deliver all over the world.
Exchanges and Returns
Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Sales Act. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to specially designed products with a personal touch.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. A completed return form must be included for the return to be accepted. Please contact us by email, directly to kontakt@swedishcold.com to obtain such a return form.
You as a customer are responsible for the return cost. Once we have received and approved the return, the product cost will be refunded, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
The product must be returned in an unaltered and unused condition. This means that labels, Velcro and protective patches must be intact. In the event of damage to the product, Swedish Cold is entitled to charge a reduction in value according to law, up to 100% of the value of the product if it is considered unsaleable.
Byte
We do not handle direct exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, you must return it and place a new order. For returns under 499 SEK/NOK, you can contact customer service for a code for free shipping on your new order.
Complaints
You have the right to complain about a product within one week of discovering the fault. The complaint must include proof that the product was purchased from Swedish Cold. If the complaint is approved, Swedish Cold has the right to replace the consumer with a new product, either similar or an equivalent product.
If we consider that the product is not defective according to the Consumer Protection Act, we reserve the right to refuse the complaint. In case of disputes, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
Uncollected parcels
We charge up to 3,500 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover shipping and administration costs.
The customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes. Unpaid shipments will be destroyed or returned to the sender, without refund.
Buy via Retailer
If you bought your product through a retailer, you must contact the retailer for exchanges and complaints.
Used Products
Products purchased from private individuals are not covered by our service or complaint terms.
Other information
Swedish Cold is not responsible for accidents that occur when using our products.
Please note that product images on the website may include additional equipment. The product description indicates what is included. The color of the product may also differ from images on the website.
Campaigns
Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively. They only apply to new orders during the promotional period.
Force Majeure
Swedish Cold is not responsible for delays or defects caused by unforeseen events such as war, strikes, natural disasters, changes in legislation or delivery problems from subcontractors.
