We use the contact information you provided at the time of purchase to send you notifications regarding your order. Swedish Cold is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information. Please check your information carefully.

Swedish Cold assumes no liability for delivery delays.

Delivery Time

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 p.m. are usually shipped from our warehouse the same day. Delivery takes 1–5 business days for products that are in stock. However, delivery times may be longer during sales and on holidays.

If a product is out of stock, it can be shipped from our international warehouse, which may take 3–12 weeks. Limited editions are sold on a "first come, first served" basis and will not be restocked. If the product is sold out, the amount will be refunded.
