Traditional sauna
70 to 90 degrees, a stove with stones, and the option to pour water on the stones. This is the type of sauna most people mean when they say “sauna,” and it’s the one best suited for outdoor use.

1. We'll finish building it
The entire sauna is assembled at the factory. We check the fit, surfaces, and functionality of the finished sauna before it leaves our facility.
2. We take it down carefully
Each part is labeled and packed as a flat package. This makes it easy to bring the sauna onto the property, through a gate, or around a corner of the house.
3. You install it, or we'll do it for you
Install it yourself exactly where it suits you best, or have one of our professional installers do the job for you on-site.

How often should you go to the sauna?
Studies show that exercising four to seven times a week yields the best results, but two to three times a week goes a long way. 15 to 20 minutes per session. Read the research
What should the temperature be in the sauna?
Traditional sauna: 70 to 90 degrees. Infrared sauna: 45 to 60 degrees; it has a lower temperature, but the heat penetrates directly into the body.
Do I need a building permit for an outdoor sauna?
In most cases, this does not apply to a freestanding sauna smaller than 15 square meters on a residential lot, but the rules vary by municipality. We’ll go over the location with you.
What are the electrical requirements?
Infrared saunas often run on standard 230 V. Traditional heaters typically require 400 V three-phase power and must be installed by a licensed electrician. We provide exact specifications in the overview.
Does delivery and installation come with it?
No. Shipping is extra, and assembly is optional. The sauna is delivered as a flat-pack, and you can assemble it yourself or have our installers do it for you. Learn more
