About Swedish Cold
Swedish Cold was founded in 2022 out of a passion for fitness, health and recovery. Our journey began with a simple but powerful realization - ice bathing gave us strength and a sense that: Anything is possible! Today, Swedish Cold is a leading cold bath brand, dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential.
In 2024, we established partnerships with four Swedish football clubs, NHL players and distributed hundreds of cold baths across Scandinavia.
Our philosophy is based on three pillars:
