Shipping charges

We use DHL, PostNord, Budbee and Instabox as our shipping partners.

We use the contact details you provided at the time of purchase to send notifications about your order. Swedish Cold is not liable for delivery problems caused by incorrect contact details. Please therefore check your details carefully.

Swedish Cold accepts no liability for delivery delays.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12.00 on weekdays are normally dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Delivery time is 1–5 working days for products in stock. During promotions and public holidays, however, the delivery time may be longer.

If a product is out of stock it may be shipped from our international warehouse, which can take 3–12 weeks. Limited Edition runs are sold on a "first come, first served" basis and will not be restocked. If the product is sold out, the amount is refunded.
